Return & Refund Policy

Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, freebies and original boxes. If a product is returned without the essentials, it will not be accepted for return. If the logistics partner validates the same at your door, he may refuse to pick up the product because these are required details to be shipped along with the product, and we reserve the right to refuse any such returns in the absence of a complete product not handed over to the logistics partner.

The returned products are subject to verification and quality checks in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint or return. No products will be accepted for return by the seller if: (i) the User has damaged the product (ii) there is a change in the product quality, quantity and other characteristics (iii) the user is not attempting to return the exact product delivered.
All return request will be initiated within 2 (two) days from the date of delivery of the order. However, Sri Kumaran Silks may at its sole discretion decide to accept the return beyond the period of 2 (two) days.

The return pick up will be arranged within 2-3 days of your request. There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post. No products will be accepted for return by the seller if (i) the user has damaged the product (ii) there is a change in the product quality, quantity and other characteristics (iii) the user is not attempting to return the exact product delivered.

Return should be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery. Sri Kumaran Silks may at its sole discretion decide to accept the return beyond the 2-day period too.

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 30 (thirty) days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality checks.
